Bio: I’m a sophomore majoring in biology and psychology with a minor in archaeology from Chicago. As President of HIG, I pushed for the newly installed kitchen and renovations in traditional dorms as a whole. I also work with ALAS, the international institute, and other cultural organizations, which has fueled my passion for social and economic justice, something I plan to continue working on as speaker.

Bio: I am a sophomore from Memphis, TN in the school of Arts and Sciences, majoring in Psychology and American Culture Studies. Outside of CS40, I am an active member of the Association of Black Students, the Deneb STARS program, and President of WU Q.U.E.E.N.S. I’m passionate about social justice,music, and binging Netflix. Most importantly, I absolutely adore the WashU community and am happy to serve on the Congress of the South 40.

Bio: Hi! I’m a sophomore from Edison, NJ, and I’m passionate about public service and policy change. I’m studying Sociology and Political Science so one day, I can influence policy to uplift people’s voices. Last year, as President of WayCrow, I lobbied Residential Life to make laundry affordable for all students, and implemented the first menstrual products pilot program in our dorm’s history. I’m honored to serve on CS40 this year as Director of PR, and hope to be a resource you can always turn to! Outside of CS40, I’m also a part of SU, the Sensasians acapella group, and LIVE. I can’t wait to help make this year an incredible one!

Bio: I’m Marcus-Jay, a BSBA student and energy engineering minor. I’m involved with track and field and am passionate about finance as it relates to advocacy. As the treasurer of JKL, I endeavored to support engaging and meaningful events to both bring the student body together and create a sense of community. As Director of Finance, I hope to continue that focus on logistically allowing fun and meaningful experiences to flourish in order to supplement the WashU student experience. I also hope to facilitate an environment where the necessary pieces are in play for students to make the changes they want for our community. Thanks for reading and have a great day!

Bio: Hey everyone! I’m a sophomore from Memphis, TN, and I’m in the McKelvey School of Engineering. I love anything art, and I really enjoy baking (my favorite thing to make is lemon meringue pie)! Besides CS40, I am also involved in WURocketry and Luminescence. I hope to bring many fun and diverse events to the students of WashU this year.
